|
|
| I want to go crabbing in the bays behind OC and Assateague and would like to get opinions on what type of collapsible traps are prefered by those that crab on a regular basis. In the past I have used the ones with tops that completely close up but have been told that the topless traps are easier to stack and easier to remove crabs from the trap so you can get them back in the water faster. I would think the crabs would be able to get out of these. Any input would be appreciated. |

| no crab is going to be able to withstand the force at which you are pulling the traps up topless are in fact better because you can get more traps without taking up much space |
